my baby girl hates the blanket i try covering her when she falls asleep but always ends up kicking it off. silly girl.

It's recommended not to put blankets in babies crib until a year old, at the earliest. There are records of 7 month old suffocating because of blankets. Most babies don't care for them anyways. Also in the middle of summer they shouldn't be necessary since the house shouldn't be too cold.

We bed share and we use a blanket, she doesn't not like it or like it. It's mainly for hubs and I.

We just took the blanket out the other night. I picked up a couple sleep sacks in hopes that she'll sleep better. The transition to her crib hasn't been the easiest and I think part of it is due to a big space, she moves around a lot and she can move away from her cozy blanket, which I think wakes her up. So far the sleep sack seems to be helping!
