Infected belly button?

I do have eczema, but i'm not sure if this is it. My belly button stings and has this crust in it. There's also clear pus ish substance and i scratched off the crust and my belly button is raw. I just put some lotion on it but I don't know what's going on and if thatsthe right way to treat it. Any thoughts on what it is?

(I do not have a belly button piercing)
