I'm new here
So two days ago I watched what the health on Netflix. Completely changed my life. I believe what it says and I want to better myself and my family. I want us to be healthy. But it is soooo overwhelming right now as I'm transitioning to vegan. Especially seeing everyone around me is so anti vegan. I have read on here how dangerous it can b if u don't get the right nutrients. So I'm looking for help. Any help. Any advice. I have been making a recipe book. I'm just nervous as I'm kind of a picky eater I'm working on it. I also don't want to change my kids diet n make them sick by not getting all nutrients they need. I have a 9 yr old and 6 yr old and I'm also EBF a 7 soon to be 8 week old. Should we all get on any type of supplements? Please help!! I really wanna eat better. Heart disease and Alzheimer's and cancer runs in my family and diabetes runs in my husbands so I want to get us all healthy. Thank you!
