QUESTION FOR MOMS. Please answer lol

I went in at 5 weeks 2 days and gestational sac was measuring 5 weeks 4 days; but they're wasn't a baby yet. Went in yesterday at 6 weeks 2 days and I got a heartbeat at 114BPM. Also, the baby was there and measured 5 weeks 5 days what does this mean? Lol.

Also went to the ER July 23 at 5 weeks and 6 days and had yolk sac and baby but no heartbeat yet.

Does baby measure different than gestational sac? I know I'm ok and stuff but I was curious on how when I went in at 5 weeks and 2 days there was no baby yet but gestational sac was measuring 2 days ahead but at 6 weeks 2 days baby was measuring 3 days behind? It just confuses me.
