Menstrual Period Twice in March

I notice I was on my period the week of March 16th very early. So I was not too surprised that I came on early, therefore I went with the flow. My past day of my period was March 20th, which make it five days. Here comes the last week of March which is the 30th going into a new month of April. I am on my period again! All I have to say is that it has never in my 30+ years never happened to me. Ever. What is going on with my body? Has anyone on here ever experienced being on their period twice in one month??
