Cute!! The liver is on the right and the stomach is on your left, so they probably have more room (when your stomach is empty) since the stomach is soft and changes size and the liver is firm and doesn't budge. It's cute they are snuggling together though ;)

Awww thats so cute!!! My twins are definitely on opposite sides. Lol. They might not like being together when they come out. But we will see.
