How do you feel about Amber Rose's comments about women from south Philadelphia not being "traditionally pretty" ?

IMO, I love being browned skinned. HOWEVER, there was a time when I was younger that I absolutely hated it. I couldn't understand why God would "curse" me with brown skin while the rest of my family were light-skinned, if not able to pass (none do). 
I think her statements were completely irresponsible, and is she a feminist for just the fairer skinned? 
Maybe, her comments were misconstrued but I'm not a fan of her latest shenanigans 😤.
Edit: I'd like to mention that Rose has stated in previous interviews that she grew up in a predominantly black neighborhood and attended predominantly black schools.

I feel like she didn't mean for it to be a dark skin vs light skin debate, she was more so just saying some women are beautiful and others aren't, not even talking about skin color.

It's definitely a weird comment. I kinda feel like she was just trying to make a point of how pretty she was and saying everyone else wasn't attractive was just to emphasize her point. If that makes sense. Idk I know she was bullied in school because people made up lies about hooking up with her and she started stripping at 15 so I think that's more what she was getting at.

I feel like Amber Rose always ALMOST says or does something really constructive but she falls short and ends up doing or saying something kinda wack. 
She could have said that 'Beauty standards in America aren't inclusive toward women of color, and yet in her community in south Philly women created their own beauty,' and that's what buzzfeed and all her stans are gonna say she meant, but she didn't say that, at the end of the day she said something hurtful.

At no point did she mention a skin tone/complexion, so let's be critical based on the facts only.
She stated that women weren't traditionally attractive where she grew up. This comment makes complete sense to me when I think about other places she's since been exposed to, like Los Angeles and Hollywood.
As a black women I personally never had issues with my complexion, however, I was teased non-stop for having a flat @ss. Still to this day - - -four kids later- - - still no @ss.
But to answer your question, I don't think she meant any harm by her comment. She seems very down to earth and confident about her beauty.
