Life after Mirena

So I had my Mirena removed April 14th for the 2nd time. I had the Mirena previously after having my 1st child. Once I had it removed I was blessed with my period right away and conceived my 2nd child 3 months later. This time I'm not so lucky. I bled for about a week after, I was told that's just from the removal process. Well I started spotting today so I hope this is the beginning of my first cycle. I haven't had a period for about 3 years while on it. Any who what's your story with mirena? How long has it taken you to concieve once being off? I've read a lot of horror stories so I'm hoping for some good news!
