help!!!!!

i had sex with my boyfriend 5days ago and we used condom for protection. the next day i had itch in my vagina and then 2nd day i have white like cheese discharge and makes my vagina even more itchy but the discharge has no smell at all. what is it??? is it a yeast infection? the itch is already in my anal part too and discharge is so much more. and i feel a lump in my groin that is painful too. i need advice. shall i take antibiotics for this? i dont know what to do. i cant go to gyn coz im afraid they might deport me back to my country if they find out im sick
