SCH 16 weeks

I was diagnosed around 6 weeks with a SCH and was put on progesterone and baby aspirin. By week 12 I wasn't having any spotting and was taken off of progesterone. At 14 weeks I started having brown and rusty spotting. At 15 weeks and 3 days I was put back on progesterone. Today at 16 weeks I had a large bleed. A gush I could feel come out and have had pinkish/ red spotting now. Doctor said there is nothing he can do and for me to be on bed rest. Anyone else experiencing this and have a healthy baby at the end?
