Do i have an ugly body

I've always had self esteem problems and have always been a bigger girl. I've had sex a few times but always with a shirt on and tomorrow a guy I've been dating is coming over and we are 90% probably ganna have sex and I just am thinking maybe I should put on my birthday suit for him considering my birthday is in a few days....do I have much to worry about or should I stick to the shirt
