could u tell that you was pregnant b4 taking a pregnancy test!?!

hey Ladies I'm asking this because last yr I had a miscarriage ( i was four months with my son (had a weak cervix's)) it was hard on us but we getting through and just two months ago I had a d&c; surgery because I had a a growth on my cervix (the test came back negative for cancer yay!) I had a period it was little irregular doctor said it was OK it my first one since the surgery n then I got the OK to try again bout two weeks ago I been taking prenatals.... but now I been having some symptoms but my periods not late yet I have a week to go am I just going crazy I should wait to until I miss a period (don't judge me lml) I really want a baby but I want make sure I healthy n everything I love too hear from you ladies n guys
