No energy

Kelsey

Hello everyone.

I am curious as to everyone's energy levels. I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby. This is baby number three, but number two passed at 30 days old so I only have one child at home who's almost 5. I am just so tired all the time, I sleep good at night and even have the luxury of a nap each day but I'm still exhausted. Even the simplest things like making lunch or doing a load of laundry wear me down. How is everyone's energy, what's helping, what isn't?

Thanks!

I'm 11 weeks with my 4th child. I'm feeling ok some days now, but from about week 6 to week 9 I had absolutely no energy. hardly got out of bed. I'd wake up exhausted and take a shower or bathe and that would wear me out so if get back in bed for another couple hours sleep. Pretty much just moved from laying in bed sleepy to laying in the recliner sleepy just to spend some time with my boys. it does get better. I added extra protien to try to help combat the sleepiness, but I have had such a major intolerance for meat and eggs and even milk. it was difficult. I found some pregnancy safe protien shakes without a lot of sugar and looked for things like peanut butter with increased protien and flax seed oil. my SO made me nutrion packed smoothies every morning, and the days that I could get them down they did seem to really help. I can give you some ideas of recipes and ingredients if you like.

another one we tried was chocolate bamana and peanut butter. he found a chocolate shake powder mix at our health food store. it had good flavor but was a little chalky. the biggest thing we do is always use the greens (no flavor really, just loads of nutrition), hemp hearts and flax. the berries and flavors we change up a bit.

we tried a few variations for flavor change if I got tired of the berry blend. we did some with mango juice. some with just strawberries instead of the berry mix. sometimes we also do banana and peanut butted along with all the other goodies.

he started with super greens mix, mixed frozen berries, coconut oil, hemp hearts, flax seed, granola, banana.

No energy here either, and I'm not even parenting at the same time as this is my first! I go to bed around 9pm but wake up at 3am for 2-3 hours everynight. Then up around 7 for work. I've been needing a nap in the daytime as I just feel awful and I find it hard to concentrate during the day. Would also love some tips on how to boost energy levels! I'm 9w+2d 😫
