Going into labor questions???

Today i woke up with stronger cramps/contractions, but not strong enough or painful enough to say I'm gonna have this baby right now. But I just lost my mucus plug and I had this weird cramp and pelvic pressure thing at the same time. SO DOES IT MEAN HE IS FINALLY COMING or should I not get my hopes up? My OB will be returning my call in a couple minutes but im impatient.
