Post baby birth control

I am 20 years old and pregnant with my first baby. I know SO many girls my age and they are already have 2 children and/or had their babies back to back. I’m not judging them but I do not want to be like that. Me and my boyfriend definitely want another child but in 2 years minimum. He doesn’t think getting an iud is safe for me but it’s not out the window, it’s still my body. he said he will use condoms but I don’t want to use condoms all of a sudden I just think it feels better without. But does anyone know the best birth control to have after having a baby? And I know nothing is 100% just need suggestions
