Last night I got really drunk with this guy I've been talking too and we went back to his house and I'm pretty sure I passed out. When I woke up in the morning I didn't have any underwear on and when I asked him if we had sex he said yes. But I cannot remember it at all. Is that considered rape?

Was he drunk too? If he admitted that you had sex then you probably consented while you were drunk and you just don't remember it because obviously you were drunk. If both of you were drunk and had sex, then I don't think it would be considered as rape. But if he was sober and you were passed out, then he took advantage of you and you shouldn't speak to him ever again.
