We have a court order for payment and he pays when he feels. He is currently behind $10k, and has reported to Enforcement he is not working. I know he is lying because during visitation, the children told me he went to work everyday... well the days they actually stayed at his house. To top it all off, he is buying a house with his new wife. Another indication he is lying about working.

I have 3 kids at home. One I pay tuition for school, the other daycare. These fees are well over $1000 per month. If he would take care of his two kids, their quality of life would be greater. Him not paying support has hit my household income in a terrible way. It takes away from my newborn son whose father does provide for him very comfortably.

I am going crazy and Enforcement isn't doing a thing. They aren't even charging the right interest rate.

I have decided to cancel my services with Enforcement, and file him in contempt. In order to file a contempt on my own behalf, I am required to close my case. I just don't know what else to do.
