plug, contractions, and cervical change
32 weeks 3 days. irregular but strong contractions for 3 days. 2 cm and about 80% effaced cervix is moving forward and baby is moving down. now losing my plug. contractions aren't getting regular and nothing can be done at this point because I'm not "in" labor. I'm so worried. anyone have experience to share
