Has Desitin butt paste worked for you? (Please read description)

Recently my son fell asleep and took a poop in his sleep and I didn't know (i had just changed him and he didn't say anything about it until about an hour later when he tried walking then screamed and pointed at his butt)

I used this stuff and it seemed to just make it worse his butt is bleeding after a couple times of use and he instantly screams as soon as I touch him with it.

I bought what I normally use (I wanted to try desitin and probably shouldn't have) ill post a picture and i put it on him and it INSTANTLY felt better to him, he didn't scream when I put it on or when I rubbed it in and his butt is way better now!

It's dollar general brand and Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone. I'm not sure if my sons allergic to the other, but ill NEVER buy it again.
