Pregnant?

I have had tender breasts, they have swelled, my nipples are extremely sensitive, tired, breaking out, stomache, and hungry! This is my first month back to trying again after being on loloestrin for three months. Do you think it's the birth control withdrawal or pregnancy symptoms? I haven't gotten my period and it was due three days ago. pregnancy test is negative? Any thoughts?
