What would you see on a 6-7 week abdominal scan? NOT VAGINAL

I just saw the gestational sac. Couldn't see anything else on the abdominal at 6w2d for me. Had to do transvaginal to see the embryo and heartbeat.

probably not much. it would be normal not to see the baby

this was my 7w scan. we heard the heartbeat and they told me where the head was. looked like a bean to me

Question: if they didn't see a baby but seen a gestational sac, would they still put that in my report? 
I wasn't sure if I was pregnant or not... So if they happened to even just see a sac, would they notify me that there is a chance I could be pregnant??

7 weeks 3 days abdominal ultrasound we saw the fetal pole and heart fluttering
