Natural TTC methods?

Does anyone know any natural ways of TTC? My boyfriend and I have been trying for 3/4 months now and no luck.  I know it's up to Jah and the Universe but does anyone know of ways to help conceive naturally??  All replies welcomed!!

Number one thing is try to not stress about it. Don't make it you're sole purpose. Once you relax it will happen.  For me I drank lots of water, ate healthy and worked out. I also took vitamins from gnc called fertilaid.  I conceived within a month and a half.  Good luck :)

Right I'm not even kidden on here when I say this but I changed one thing and it was my diet and bought preseed. I started the juice plus diet which has now been knowin as the baby diet as it's all whole fresh food. Most midwife say it's very good as well. Things like 3L of water a day. Nuts seeds, whole meal toast, Greek yogurt, eggs, fish, sweet potato, chicken, fruit, veg,

Most people think it's just another FAD diet but look up juice plus and TTC. It's a fruit and veg shake and diet plan xx

I eat healthily, drink lots of water, take vitamins every day, and did the deed every day of the 6 day fertile window (most important) and I conceived within one month of TTC. I didn't lay still or elevate body after sex though, the above was all it took. Goodluck Fx for you!

With my son I hooked my feet above my head for 30min after. Elevate hips for 30min min after sex.
Have an orgasm, thus helps the sperm get closer to egg.
Missionary ot doggy style are best positions.

Or my method that works every time. Take BC for a month to regulate. Then on cd 10/12/14 have sex.
Elevate hips after.
