Chlamydia and gonorrhoea test. Please help

I was today in a sexual health clinic in London to do a sexual health screening. I've also got a swap chlamydia and gonorrhoea test done.

2 hours after that I already got the text message that the tests were negative. I was happy about that but at the same time I was wondering how it's possible to get the results 2 hours later. Is that normal or is this maybe a mistake? I'm just nervous and have paranoia
