2nd Chemical Pregnancy in 3 Months...

We have been TTC for 3 months and in these 3 months, I've had 2 chemical pregnancies.

Both pregnancies have ended right around when my period was to start but this most recent one involved heavier spotting during implantation (had IB with both) so I was hoping maybe that meant something would be different. I know I should be testing later but with the IB, it's incredibly difficult to not have expectations and test because I've never spotted mid cycle beyond these pregnancies.

I called my doctor and left a message. The nurse called me back and is having me come in to meet with the doctor but I get the feeling the request is just coming from the nurse and am worried the doctor will just tell me to stop testing early and relax and everything is fine.

Has anyone gotten their doctor to agree to test hormone levels after just 2 CPs? I've heard reference of 3 being the indicator of a potential problem.
