Healthy eating and working out aversions

I've been a pretty healthy person in terms of diet and exercise prior to getting pregnant, but lately, I can't seem to get into the groove. I'm just over 9 weeks pregnant and the thought of eating healthy, or when I do have a salad, I feel nauseous and can't finish my meal. When I think about exercise I am exhausted and can't fathom doing anything so I in turn, do nothing. How do you find the motivation?! How do you push through?! Are there workout plans and healthy meal plans you are using? Any help I would be awesome!
