Blocked tubes. 😩

So I had an HSG done that was extremely painful and came back with both my tubes being blocked. My OBGYN said there isn't anything she can do for me and referred me to see a fertility specialist. I have an appointment tomorrow but I am so nervous for what they're going to say. I also have PCOS and haven't been having regular periods so I'm just so anxious that they will say IVF is our only option. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you able to get pregnant? 😩

We saw the specialist. He said he's 90% sure that my tubes are not actually blocked. He said that sometimes during the procedure your tubes can spasm which causes the dye to not go through. He wants to start Clomid for 3 months and then if that doesn't work he wants to personally perform the hsg. A radiologist performed mine and he said sometimes they don't know what to do if the dye isn't automatically going through so they push harder and that causes spasms. I'm really hoping the Clomid works because this emotional rollercoaster is too much to handle right now.
