What are the chances of someone going into labor at 38 weeks? I wanna know what's the common week women actually go into labor and have their baby!

First time pregnancy average gestation is 41 weeks and 1 day.

Once at 40 weeks and once at 31 weeks.  Honestly, it is pretty safe anytime after 37 weeks so no need to panic if it happens

I went into labor at 38w3d and had him less than 24 hours later.

I went into active labor at 37+ 3. Had him within 5 hours. And he was my first.
