Three hour glucose test..
So I'm supposed to fast as of 10pm until after my test tomorrow at 11:30. But I just had a handful of cheerios, because I seriously felt like if I didn't eat something I was gonna throw up. Definitely just my brain because I know I can't eat but still 😂 will that have a big effect on the glucose test? TIA!
