Dreaming of a Son

I had this dream I woke up 4 hours late for work to a 5 month old son and I couldn't remember a thing I asked my mom whose baby was he and she said yours so I called my bestfriend and asked her why she didnt tell me i was pregnant she said she didn't know either so i sent her pictures of him then i facetimed my manager to tell him i over slept and i wasnt gonna make it to work! ... I've wanted a baby for so long i was trying for a while since 2012 but eventually gave up! Everytime i dreamed i gave birth to a babygirl someone always lost their baby but this is the second dream of me having a son and nothing happens
