I don't drink it. But it has caffeine and the maximum amount of caffeine recommended per day is 100mg. I think a litre of Coca Cola had about 100mg so this should be considered if you are drinking a lot or are having coffee/tea/other products with caffeine too. 
Apparently having more than 200mg of caffeine per day doubles your risk of miscarriage.
