Why ?😭😭

Okay so This is rather very much embarrassing , but I keep having wet dreams. And by that I keep dreaming I'm going to the bathroom & once I start peeing I realize it's just a dream and I jump dead out my sleep because I'm peeing myself. I tried using the bathroom before I went to bed. I haven't peed my pants since I was a child but now that I'm 30 weeks it's happened 2 days in a row. Any ideas ? Or has this happened to anyone before ?
