so confused

so me and my boyfriend have been talking for 3 months, everything was cool not perfect but cool. we always say i love you he say it first and say he loves me more. it is a lot going on in his personal life. anyway all of a sudden i havent been able to get into contact with him. he's just MIA. i cant call or text him or anything else. its been 3 days and i know nothing.and his ppl not telling me anything. its like ita not they business they not in it. I'm so confused why he fell off the face of the earth. we didnt argue thw last time we talked or anything. is he cheating? may it be something going on with him personally? ita been 3 days and nothing. he's been known for being MIA for only a day saying someone irritated him he needed to get away. and he'll tell me next time he does something like that. I don't know whats going on
