Breast Milk Supply is Dwindling
Hi moms!
I had family in town this weekend and didn't pump as much as I normally do. It had a devastating effect. I went from pumping 60 ml per breast and having engorged leaking breast to barely producing any milk. My baby was premature and is having a hard time breast feeding so I have mainly been pumping. Does anyone have advice on how I can get my milk supply up? Please help!
