Which period product do you use?

Feel free to elaborate in comments. I use tampons now, but my flow is so heavy since my MC that I will bleed through a pad and tampon together in about 2-3 hours and I've read the cup is better with heavier stuff.

The cup is SO much better with heavier flows. And it makes the cramps feel a little more bearable. And you don't have to be "changing" alllll the time. I had a pretty heavy flow before getting pregnant, and my cup would get super full in 5-6 hours. So i was dumping it out twice, at the very most three times a day. It was easy to get used to wearing and you don't feel it at all once it's in. I would recommend it to anyone who's curious. I bought the DivaCup on Amazon.

I have always bled through in an hour on my first two days. I do a super tampon and an overnight maxipad. and yes I would switch them every stupid hour because my flow was so heavy, even when I was on the Depo shot. I would sleep with a towel under me and set an alarm to get up a few times in the night. pain in my ass.

My cycles changed dramatically when I turned 32. I used to use tampons and have a 4-5 day period that turned into a 7-9 day period where I had 2 "death" days where it was so heavy I had to change extra heavy ones every 1/2 hour and I couldn't leave the house.

I switched to cups and they saved me. I got 3 hrs. at least on death days and could go all day on regular days. My cramps decreased and I couldn't feel the cup at all. The diva cup didn't fit me, even the small, so I have 2 small Eva cups from Anigan on amazon.

It took me three months to get the hang of it as they feel different when full and it can take a bit to get the hang of placement. I've been using them for 3 years with no problems.

I made the switch to the Diva Cup 2 years ago, and it's the best thing ever! No more tampons or pads! Cost effective and easy to clean and sterilize.

I used to use tampons, but read about the toxicity and how they cause us to bleed MORE.  I switched back to pads and found I bled wayyyy less.  I wanted to try the cup, but started IVF and they only wanted me using pads.  I would try switching to organic tampons to see if it helps!  Or definitely try the cup!

did you have a d nc after your miscarriage? My cousin needed one since her periods got really bad like that and the d nc helped
