Can you drink milk when pregnant?

I read online you should be drinking milk when your pregnant. Is that true? i just had the finest bit of skim milk.

Milk is extremely healthy! With my oldest, I was drinking a gallon a day. 😂

I think they just want you to get some source of calcium! I can't really drink milk so they advised to eat cheese lol but yes milk is a great source of calcium! Congrats by the way on baby!

I straight up craved it in the second trimester. It seemed to correspond with when my baby's bones were calcifying. I couldn't get enough of it.

It's supposed to be a good source of calcium and vitamin d. I also drink it bc it's the only thing that treats my atomic pregnancy heartburn.
