Do you think pets get an afterlife ?

I was just sitting thinking about our family dog that passed away last year. I was wondering what other people think happens to our pets once they pass on, personally I have trouble imagining an afterlife at all but would hope if Heaven's real that they're there waiting for us. What do you guys think?

No. I don't believe animals have souls so I don't believe they go to heaven. It's a nice idea though.

No because they do not have souls. But who knows what actually awaits us in Heaven. I have a few pets I would love to see again.

I don't know why but I always picture the after life to be exactly like this life except without anything negative. Like all our loved ones that passed can turn on their TVs and check in, but my grandmas up there playing canasta with my grandpa making three pieces of toast every morning one for each of them and one incase a guest stops by. And dogs are just around doing their favorite things. There's no money, or sickness, or drama. Just pure happiness. So yeah, pets are up there, laying in the sun spots and chewing all the shoes, except no one gets mad because there is no stress or worries.

I wasn't allowed to properly mourn my dog back in March, because the same day (his sister and friend saw this on my Snapchat story so they knew what happened earlier) my ex pressed bs charges on me. So I went from having my dog pts to staying with a friend in another state, panicking when the neighbor told me there were tons of cops at my house looking for me 😩. I hope there is some sort of afterlife and I'm deserving enough to see him again.
