8 weeks but no morning sickness?

I'm & weeks pregnant and kind of worried because I have no morning sickness. Sometimes if I smell something I don't like I gag and want to throw up but nothing. I only have sore breast and just always tired. Should I be worried or is this normal for some women?

I'm 8 months pregnant and not once have I had morning sickness I even asked my doctor if it was normal and she said yeah that I was one of the lucky ones not every women are gonna have the same symptoms during pregnancy everyone is different.

I'm approaching 13wks and my only symptoms have been exhaustion and dull headaches. Everyone keeps asking how I'm feeling and I'm like "great!" I'm considering myself extremely lucky and hoping this follows through the entire pregnancy. 😊
