Should a person/family be allowed to receive state or federal aid if both parents are capable of working but aren't. (Yes, this includes six and other programs)
Ex. A family decides they want a parent to stay at home with the kids until they are school age, as it's beneficial to the social-emotional development of their child, should they be allowed to collect assistance?
