What is this on his face?

My 8 month old woke up with this on his face. Doesn't seem to be bothering him but what is this ?

It's normal, it can be caused by warmer temperatures, they're called baby zits because they look like zits but their skin is so sensitive that it reacts like this. I'd just make sure to keep his body moisturized but not sticky from sweat.

Happened to my little girl. It's a type of acne that some babies develop but it should go at 2 to three months, it's because of our hormones when they're born. But it's normal, not harmful to them, and temporary. I used to put my own breastmilk on it and it helped. It can appear on the legs and arms too, but don't worry, it's a normal thing, now if it continues after three months consult your pediatrician.
