Bedroom/nursery combination

My boyfriend and i are living with my mom right now because we can't afford to live on our own. I'm 18, he's 20. I'm currently 17w+5d, so we'll end up sharing our bedroom with the nursery. Any ideas on how to make it work? I have some idea, but now completely sure. I'll be getting rid of my big dresser (getting a bed frame dresser), moving the desk where the dresser is currently, and turning my bed (so it's length wise against the windows). Im planning to get a crib/changing table combination and put it where the desk is currently. But idk what else to do/get or how to decorate! (Also excuse the mess, I've been very busy lately and my boyfriend works all day so we haven't been able to clean in a while)
