My son had the same problem! What I did was use baby oil and rubbed it on his head and then used a soft baby brush and brush in circular motion and eventually they went away, but you'll have to do this a couple times, and after that give your little one a bath with a good moisturizing shampoo such as Aveeno, and I've even tried olive oil that works really well too, it eventually went away I did it about once a day for about two weeks. My son had cradle cap on his scalp, ears, eyebrows, cheeks, neck. basically his entire head lol and it was intense. but it cleared itself up :) the best way my doctors put it was that your baby has been inside your belly for 9 months never experiencing the outside environment, so when they fiiiinally do their skin goes through lots of changes. peeling, pimples, redness, etc. ... whenever I was worried I took him to his doctor and they would help calm me and also explain what was happening:) babies out grow their sensitivity to the environment. hope this sorta helps:)

Cradle cap! Our pediatrician recommended Neutrogena TGel. Small amount 1-2 times a week and sure enough it did the trick!

I baught this at walmart its super cheap and comes with a lil brush. Just put it on when hes bathing then brush as much of the flakes off as you can and rinse with shampoo at each bath time till it goes away.

It's cradle cap, very common! There are lots of remedies you can try and it will often resolve on its own.

My daughter had that.  Don't pick it.  Put olive oil on for a mins then comb out with a baby comb and shampoo as normal.  It worked for my daughter and never came back 👍🏼
