What is going on with my baby?! Reflux? More?

My baby is on medicine for reflux and it seems to help a bit. I'm also dairy/soy free which seems to help but in still struggling in the evening. She sounds and looks so incredibly uncomfortable when I'm trying to feed her after bath time and before bedtime she lets out these long drawn out cries that are like a mix of whine and groan. This is all happening when she's trying to eat. So she's grunting though her nose while latched. Then she'll unlatch and do it again. Relatch and continue on and on till she falls asleep. To her own whine/grunts. I'm so sad she's not happy What is happening? Is she just tired/cranky or is there possibly something else?
