Help!

I had sex on July 27th using protection, but then the condom broke, I right away got up and peeded and cleaned myself. Then my boyfriend told me I had nothing to worry about, but still I took matter into my own hands and bought a Plan B One Step and took it within the 24 hours of sex, to be exact I took it 12-13 hours when they condom broke. It's August 2 and I am currently bleeding lightly. Is this a Plan B Symptom?? Any advice or help would be great! Please I'm very scared!
