Serious pain left side ovary area and all down left leg. Answers please

Hi all. So AF was due today and she was a no show. Planning in taking a test tomorrow morning in the hopes I get a BFP. But all besides the point.. I've been very crampy for the past week and a half to two weeks and today I had horrible pain on my left side near my ovary and it is going down into my leg. My leg is almost swelling a little all the way down to my foot. And I mean pain like I am crying pain when I walk. And I can handle my pain. Has anyone else ever experienced this? If so what caused it? Was it implantation? Something else I should be worried about? Trying not to dress and worry myself but I just can't handle this pain. My poor husband had to follow me up the stairs to make sure I made it all the way up them.
