AF not there but neither is the positive

I was supposed to start on Saturday but nothing yet and still no positive. With my first pregnancy it did take a few weeks I feel like. Anyone else have this? I ask because I am worried about PCOS as I am a candidate and I am hoping this is just a coincidence and not irregularities
