TTC help please

Hi guys I am TTC and I feel like this picture shows a positive result but clearly not a clear one. My husband and I have a 9 month old so we aren't trying yet but I need to know what you think. I have felt soooo nauseous, dizzy, headache and leaky nipples for the past week. Is there a chance I'm pregnant? I took a test today which is first day of missed period and got negative results. I need your opinions pleassseeee!!!!
