I want to be my self again!

I used to have a lot of emotions. I used to be happy and loving and caring but I have become a very neutral person (especially around my husband) and my temper has been very short lately even though he is trying to become the man I married again(has been abusive and controlling most likely due to moving a lot and mental problems). I don't know if it is due to having my baby 6 months ago or due to all the problems that developed. Please can anyone help me find a way to get my emotions back and get me back to being a loving caring wife just as he's trying to be my amazing man again
