What do I tell my friends?

Just got my BFP, which we are thrilled about, however we have plans this weekend with friends to go to a gig and basically do a lot of drinking! What can I tell them that sounds believable and not make them suspicious? I still want to go but I obviously won't be drinking!

Several times we would just say that I was the DD. A couple times I got a soda and people just assumed it was a mixed drink - you can even have them put a lime in it or something. My friend claimed to be doing the Whole 30 diet when she first found out and one time she was "still hungover from the night before"

That's been me and my husband blabbed we stopped drinking beer so I told our friends we were doing a cleanse to try to reboot our diets and start eating better since we both have a nice little pouch since we got married. I told them it was temporary but it was something new we are trying. I also used my little bro visiting us for 2 weeks saying I was "being a good influence" since he can't drink until he is 21 and is only 17.
