Weight loss!
What worked for you? I know eating well and less and working out is always key to losing weight but is there anything in particular that helped? I've recently been trying the apple cider vinegar thing to help lose weight and it seems to be working by not making me as hungry so I don't eat as much. I'm just curious what worked for anyone who has lost a significant amount of weight. I am 220 pounds at the moment and want to lose weight before my SO and I get our own place and start TTC next year. Feel free to post before and after pics if you'd like 😊
