Am I being exploited?

My husband always makes me feel guilty of something. He says we are in a financial rut because I had education loans. He got sick catching a flu from travelling to my sisters place and my niece had it from her preschool. He says I dont take care of him well like his parents or grandparents in his country. We are married for 5 years now and we have a 11 months old and my priorities have shifted a lil focussing on baby more in terms of food prep, feeding her and putting her to bed. I do it all. All he does is watch the baby for like 10mins while I am busy in kitchen. I work full-time with half days working from home while nanny takes care of baby. I earn as much as he does. He himself says he can take care cooking while I take care of baby evening and night and now he rarely does any cooking. He recently got a shoulder pain right after recovering from flu and he is upset that I dont feed him well nor do anything for his shoulder pain. I started to feel guilty whenever he says such things. Is he exploiting me? He is a good guy though and I love him but he is expecting way too much.
